It's not often that one organises a wedding. I'm here to help so if this page doesn't answer your questions, feel free to get in touch.

Where are you based and do you travel? 

I am Auckland based and am more than happy to travel across NZ should you decide you want to work with me. Please enquire for indicative travel costs.

How much do your services cost? 

Pricing varies depending on the type of support and services you are after. Following an intial meeting or email exchange, I would provide indicative costs or develop a bespoke package with pricing for your consideration. All pricing excludes GST. Package pricing for multiple services is available. 

Do you have backup?

In the unlikely event I am unable to attend your wedding on the day, I have a network of amazing celebrants & event managers who I can call on to step in on my behalf. This has become even more important whilst navigating the covid challenges.

As our planner, do you take a cut when making vendor bookings on our behalf?

No, as your planner, my role is to recommend the perfect vendors who align with your vision and budget. Once you are happy with the plan I have suggested, I will manage the booking process and forward their invoices onto you for direct payment. 

How do we apply for a Marriage Licence?

You can apply for a marriage licence at:
https://marriages.services.govt.nz/ 

If approved, this should be with you within 3 days and is valid for 3 months. This costs $150 and I always recommend ordering your Marriage Certificate at the same time.

Can we incorporate other traditions into our wedding ceremony?

Yes, all of my ceremonies are uniquely designed for each couple. When we first meet, we will discuss what is important to you and how we can incorporate traditions or rituals in a way that is meaningful. 

Can you help to brief our MC?

Absolutely. This can be an overwhelming role for your selected guest so I would be more than happy to help brief him / her ahead of the day. We can incorporate this into your bespoke package. 

What is the timeline for making a booking and getting things organised? 

The summer dates book out very quickly, with most being confirmed 12-18 months ahead of time. Once booked, we would meet to get the ball rolling 3 months out for celebrant services, 12 months out for planning services and 6 weeks out for day-of-coordination services.

Do you have preferred vendors you like to work with?

I have been fortunate to work alongside some of the best wedding vendors in NZ. I love recommending these people as I know they do a wonderful job. I am however all about finding the right vendors that will deliver on each couples dream day. Therefore my vendor recommendations will vary for each wedding. 

If we book you as our planner, would you be there on the wedding day?

Yes! As your wedding planner, I will be there every step of the way ensuring each detail is executed as planned.

Can we book you as our planner, celebrant and day of coordinator?

Absolutely - I am accustom to wearing many hats when it comes to weddings. Day of Coordination is included as part of my full planning package anyway so we can develop a bespoke package to incorporate Celebrant services as needed.

Can you arrange an elopement for us? 

Yes yes yes! I am happy to design mini weddings or elopement packages to ensure you get the beautiful wedding you deserve whilst keeping the process stressfree ! Let's discuss your dream day and I'll happily piece it all together for you! 

Do you do weekday weddings? 

Definitely... weekday weddings are becoming a lot more popular and mean that you and your guests can enjoy a (justifed) long weekend. 

Can we see examples of your work? 

Yes that wont be a problem. Please get in touch and I would be happy to provide you with examples of weddings I have been involved in. I am also happy to share relevant testimonials from previous WLBL couples.
