How much do your Celebrant Services cost?

Pricing varies depending on the size, location and style of wedding. My packages start at $800, which reflects the amount of time, effort and energy that goes into creating the perfect ceremony for you!

How much do your Planning Services cost?

Pricing varies depending on your your needs & vision for your wedding day. I will provide a customised quote following a first meeting with you.

Do you have backup?

In the unlikely event I am unable to attend your wedding on the day, I have a network of amazing celebrants & event managers who I can call on to step in. 

As our planner, do you take a cut when making vendor bookings on our behalf?

No, as your planner, my role is to recommend the perfect vendors who align with your vision and budget. Once you are happy to go ahead, I will manage the booking process and forward their invoices onto you for direct payment. I don't put a margin on any vendor bookings.

How do we apply for a Marriage Licence?

You can apply for a marriage licence at:

If approved, this should be with you within 3 days and is valid for 3 months. This costs $150 and I always recommend ordering your Marriage Certificate at the same time.

What happens if we go into lockdown?

Should you need to reschedule your wedding due to a level 3 or 4 lockdown, I will happily do my best to accommodate your new date. Should you decide to cancel your wedding, I would simply hold onto your deposit.

Will you be there for our wedding rehearsal? 

As your Celebrant, I will work with you to find a time for the wedding rehearsal. At times it can be tricky to find a date that works for everyone so in these situations, I can provide you with a step by step guide to complete the rehearsal without me. I am always happy to be dialed in remotely as required too. 

How much do your Day-of-Coordination services cost?

Pricing will vary depending on your wedding requirements however, pricing starts at $1,500 for Day-of-Coordination' and is based on me being on site for eight hours. 

Do you travel? 

Absolutely! I am Auckland based and I am always happy to travel across NZ should you decide you want to work with me. Please enquire for indicative travel costs.

If we book you as our planner, would you be there on the wedding day?

Yes! As your wedding planner, I will be there every step of the way ensuring each detail is executed as planned.

What is the timeline for making a booking and getting things organised? 

Dates book out very quickly, with most being confirmed 12-18 months ahead of time. Once booked, we would meet to get the ball rolling 3 months out for celebrant services, 12 months out for planning services and 1 month out for day-of-coordination services.

What happens if our Marriage Licence expires due to Covid Lockdowns?

Should your marriage licence expire due to a lockdown, you can request a refund by emailing bdm.nz@dia.govt.nz with the subject line 'Request for marriage licence refund'. In the body of your email include both partners' full names, contact details and reason for refund. Once you have selected a new date for your wedding, you can apply for a new licence through the standard process.

Do your prices include GST?

All pricing excludes GST. 

When is final payment due? 

Final costs will be invoiced and must be paid two weeks ahead of your wedding day.
