On the day of your wedding, you don't want (or need) to be doing a thing. To ensure the finer details fall into place (and to make sure that you and your family can confidently relax and enjoy the day), we offer Day-of-Coordination Services.
Inclusions
We would work with you in the 12 weeks leading up to your big day, coordinating with your vendors to ensure everyone is aligned on what needs to happen and when. Whilst every wedding is unique, our team would carry out the below tasks and more:

Pre wedding site visit

Development of customised wedding day timeline & floorplan

Work with your vendors to coordinate all timings for packin and packdown

Highlight any gaps (if any) that may be present in the wedding plans

On the day, we assist your MC, venue and vendors, overseeing the final setup and running of the day

Make the call on adjusting plans in the case of wet weather

Pin boutonniere's on the bridal party

Welcome and direct your guests

Ensure décor is relocated between ceremony and reception sites

Support the MC in gathering guests for group portraits

Be your 'go to' person and make sure problems are resolved without you knowing about them
