On the day of your wedding, you don't want (or need) to be doing a thing. To ensure the finer details fall into place (and to make sure that you and your family can confidently relax and enjoy the day), I offer Day-of-Coordination Services.

 

Inclusions

As your Day of Coordinator, I would be on site to oversee the wedding setup, coordinate with vendors, greet your guests and ensure the day goes off without a hitch. Even though every wedding is unique, as your 'Day-of-Coordinator', I would carry out the below tasks and more:
 

• Pre wedding site visit

• Development of customised run sheet & floorplan 

• Assist the MC, venue and vendors and oversee the final setup and running of the day

• Make the call on adjusting plans in the case of wet weather

• Welcome and direct your guests

• Ensure décor is relocated between ceremony and reception sites

• Be your 'go to' person to make sure problems are resolved without you knowing about them

• Ensure the cake is taken safely to the kitchen for cutting and gifts are placed in a safe place

• Most importantly, I would be there to ensure you can sit back, relax & enjoy your special day
